1. Consultations and Design Approvals
Our initial design audit is a complimentary service intended to assess your spatial needs. While our 3D renderings are architecturally accurate visual guides, final products may feature slight variations in wood grain, texture, and natural finish. These are inherent characteristics of premium materials and signify artisanal quality.
2. Custom Fabrication and Orders
Once you approve a design and the initial deposit is processed, your project is immediately queued for precision engineering in our local facility. Because every system is bespoke and cut to your home’s unique dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the fabrication process has commenced.
3. Professional Installation Protocols
Our “White-Glove” installation team is committed to surgical precision and respect for your property. We require a clear workspace to ensure a safe and efficient setup. While we strive to complete most installations in less than half a day, complex architectural designs may require additional time for perfection.
4. Limited Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the integrity of our work. Top Design Closets provides a limited lifetime warranty on all structural cabinetry and German-engineered hardware (hinges and slides). This warranty covers mechanical failure and structural defects under normal residential use conditions.
